Description

The Residential Property Lawyer/Licensed Conveyancer will be:

  • Managing a variety of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, and remortgages.
  • Handling complex cases involving HTB mortgages, equity mortgages, and leasehold properties.
  • Providing expert advice on right to buy transactions, investment properties, and probate sales.

Profile

The Residential Property Lawyer/Licensed Conveyancer should be:

  • A solicitor or conveyancer with 2-3 years PQE in residential property law.
  • Experienced in managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
  • Knowledgeable about CQS accreditation, SDLT, and the Building Safety Act.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
  • Confident in working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage a busy workload.
