JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £DOE plus bonus
THE ROLE:
Working within an established law firm, you will be handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. The caseload will include a mix of freehold sales / purchases and leasehold sales / purchases within a supportive and collegiate firm.
THE CANDIDATE:
Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of matters are encouraged to apply. If you have some experience of training colleagues, then please do also get in touch as the firm are keen to grow their residential property teams.
