This role is also suitable for Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers. Job Overview: In the role of Residential Property Solicitor, the individual will play a pivotal part in the thriving Property Law team. Responsibilities include managing all facets of residential conveyancing, ensuring the smooth progress of transactions. With a focus on client satisfaction, the solicitor will handle a diverse caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion. * Providing expert legal advice on conveyancing and property law matters. * Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service. Qualifications and Experience: * Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in Residential Property Law. * Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property transactions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
