JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 3+ PQE (Open to hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers)
LOCATION: Suffolk

THE ROLE:
This reputable and well-established practice is looking to add a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to their thriving and busy team. The appointed candidate will manage a range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy shared equity transactions. In this role, you will also have access to secretarial support.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who can demonstrate competency in handling their own caseload of matters from start to finish. The role encompasses the full range of residential property matters, and the successful Residential Property Lawyer will step into an established caseload once appointed. Previous experience mentoring more junior members of staff would also be advantageous

THE FIRM:
This is an established, market-town based practice that are keen to hear from individuals with drive and enthusiasm, that are willing to learn and succeed. The firm are a smaller practice and as result are a close-knit team that are based in the office. With the already excellent relationship built up locally, they are keen to appoint someone who can continue to service the existing client base as well built up the reputation further.
