• Oversee and manage day to day operations of the business and teams.
• Oversee the team of 12, with particular involvement with their property management department.
• Handle any complaints and problems solving.
• Ensure procedures and processes are followed, and help implement new procedures and processes .
• Move certain key projects forward.
• Handle employee 121's, training and performance.
• Ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure we maintain our existing business and help move the business forward in winning new business.
