We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join an upmarket, dynamic, forward thinking Estate Agency based in the heart of London's Soho. Managing a portfolio of over 100 units, you will be liaising daily with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors ensuring the smooth management of a prestigious property portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have minimum three year's experience as a Residential Property Manager, exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering a first class service to stakeholders.

Please note, this is a fully office-based role.

Main tasks include:
* Managing a portfolio of high-end properties
* Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors and various suppliers
* Property maintenance management
* Overseeing refurbishments and works carried out
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions
* Management of an Assistant Property Manager

You will be:
* Min 3 year's residential property management experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Microsoft Office Proficient
* Block management experience desirable
* HMO, Selective licensing experience along with Fire safety regulation knowledge desirable
