Full-Time Secretary for Residential Conveyancing Team


We are seeking a professional, organised, and detail-oriented Secretary to support our Residential Conveyancing Team at our Southend Office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a mature outlook, and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting a Partner in the Residential Conveyancing Team
* Audio and copy typing
* Conducting searches
* Submitting applications to the Land Registry and Inland Revenue
* Managing phone calls
* Performing general administrative duties

What You Will Need: The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year of experience working as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal.

Other desirable qualities include:

* Exceptional attention to detail
