A leading Legal 500 Law firm are now seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join them and their Residential Property team in Buckinghamshire.

The role is suitable for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE, and the successful candidate will be somebody who is prepared to take responsibility and a leading role in business development. Although not essential, it will be helpful if the candidate has experience of commercial property work as well.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within a team of Residential Property specialists.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE within Residential Property
  • Extensive experience with the full spectrum of Residential Property transactions, with a flair of Commercial Property experience
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to provide new ideas and have a proactive approach
  • You will have a passion for business development, working actively to strengthen and develop new client relationships.

The Opportunity

  • Position: Residential Property Solicitor
  • Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
