Solicitor / Legal Executive (Residential Property)

Location: Exeter / Cullompton, Devon

Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full - Time, Permanent, 36.25 Hours

Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering legal services to both private clients and business communities.

The Role:

As a Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will manage residential property cases efficiently and providing legal advice to the clients.

Requirements:

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Executive.
  • Proven experience in managing a busy conveyancing caseload
  • Strong communication skills and client engagement
  • Familiarity with residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and buy-to-let/investment properties is desirable
