A legal 500 law firm is currently on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their prestigious law firm, specialising in high-net-worth clients.

Role:

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a portfolio of HNW clients, handling complex property transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and more. You will offer high-quality legal advice, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for some of the most discerning individuals in the property market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling high-value property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Advising clients on a range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements
  • Conducting due diligence and managing complex contractual negotiations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNW clients, estate agents, and financial advisors
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and providing risk management advice
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential property law
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of the residential property market and conveyancing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload with meticulous attention to detail
  • Client-focused with a commercial approach
