A legal 500 law firm is currently on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their prestigious law firm, specialising in high-net-worth clients.
Role:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a portfolio of HNW clients, handling complex property transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and more. You will offer high-quality legal advice, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for some of the most discerning individuals in the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling high-value property transactions from instruction to completion
Advising clients on a range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements
Conducting due diligence and managing complex contractual negotiations
Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNW clients, estate agents, and financial advisors
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and providing risk management advice
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential property law
Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex property transactions
Strong knowledge of the residential property market and conveyancing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a demanding caseload with meticulous attention to detail
Client-focused with a commercial approach
