Residential Property Solicitor | Top 100 Law Firm | Nottingham - Hybrid (2 Days in Office) | 2PQE - 7PQE - Salary: £53,000 - £58,000+ DOE + Bonus

Are you a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer looking for a role focused on high-value, non-volume transactions with high-net-worth clients?


This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm in Nottingham, working closely with wealth estate owners and delivering bespoke, client-focused legal services.

The Role

  • As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you’ll be a key part of the Private Client Residential team, handling complex, high-value transactions, including:
  • Acquisitions & Sales
  • Auctions & Land/Property Transfers
  • Re-mortgages
  • Private Client & Corporate Property Support


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in high-net-worth, non-volume property transactions
  • Strong client service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Background in a Private Client Residential Property team
