RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £50-60,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career with a highly respected Residential Property law. The successful candidate will handle a variety of residential conveyancing matters, advising a diverse portfolio of clients and developers while delivering outstanding client service

• The firm welcomes applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience.

• You will be expected to manage and oversee your own independent caseload, handling a range of leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extensions.

• You should have proven experience and strong technical expertise of conveyancing processes and regulatory obligations, and posses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
