We are looking for a skilled Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Valuer who can help our client generate new property listings and ensure that their portfolio is constantly updated with high-quality, market-ready properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing properties, securing new listings, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients looking to sell their homes.

Sales Lister Duties Include:

• Property Appraisals: Conduct accurate and professional property appraisals to provide clients with realistic and competitive market prices.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Prepare and present property details for listings, ensuring that all information is accurate, comprehensive, and appealing to potential buyers
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for new listings, including online and offline advertising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the sales process
• Stay informed about local property market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
• Assist in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.

Our client is looking for candidates with:

• Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Valuer experience in the property sector
• Strong negotiation prowess
• Ability to prepare written sales information and marketing data.
• Ambition, drive, and charisma.
• Smart and presentable appearance.
• Knowledge of the local property market in Colchester
• Confidence to present to clients and secure instructions
• Excellent communication skills for client and colleague interactions.
• Strong organisational abilities.
• A full clean driving license

• A realistic 1st year OTE of £37,000 pa
