Residential Sales, Operations & Transactions Manager.
With a long-standing reputation for excellence and an impressive history, this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned candidate with a background in sales progression, residential agency, or new homes support roles to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily operational and administrative support to senior Directors
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, handle enquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Oversee end-to-end transaction processes (sales and purchases)
- Review and manage all documentation involved in sales and purchasing processes
- Coordinate with surveyors, solicitors, agents, and clients to ensure smooth transaction completions
- Assist in commercial property work and office space rentals where required
- Monitor agent terms, feedback, interest levels, and offers
- Conduct viewings and support the wider sales team as needed
- Respond to purchaser enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update tenancy schedules and compliance documentation
- Manage company real estate licensing requirements
- Liaise with surveyors and legal professionals for licence processing and leaseholder matters
- Support insurance processes, including claims and documentation
- Prepare information and tenancy schedules for valuation purposes
- Oversee new lets, lease agreements, and rent reviews
Candidate Requirements: - Strong background in residential property, ideally in sales progression or operations
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
- Experience with commercial property is advantageous but not essential
