Job Title: Residential Support Worker (ASD)
Location: Beautiful Dorset Countryside, Blandford Forum
Hours: Flexible shifts from 7am - 10pm, 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13 once qualified, £27,040 per annum

Prospero are supporting a well known residential school and home for children and young people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Set on 30 acres of countryside, their facilities include a theatre, sports hall, indoor and outdoor riding areas, climbing wall, multiple safe play areas, and a swimming pool in a beautiful part of Dorset.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support
  • Engage in activities that support health and well being (arts and crafts, sports, drama, music, gardening, shopping trips, social events)
  • Help children develop life skills and achieve their goals
