Nonstop Care are working with a newly established 3 bed Children's EBD home, located in Mansfield, who are looking for residential support workers to join the new service!

This home is offering fantastic progression & training opportunities, allowing you to progress in your career with fantastic support & development, which will ultimately increase your overall work satisfaction!

Some responsibilities of this role include;

• Be available to children & service users and be sensitive to their feelings
• Offer acceptance to build their self-esteem
• Enable and support them to feel effective
• Help service users feel that they belong
• Implement policies, procedures, and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of service users

Requirements:

• A full clean drivers licence & access to a vehicle.
