To be successful in the role of a Children Residential Support worker you will need:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their well-being.
  • Minimum 6 months paid experience in a UK children care setting within the past 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - to effectively address challenging situations with a calm and composed demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • The right to live and work in the UK - essential for employment.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit
