Role Overview: As a Home-Based Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting a range of Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties. Your work will involve a mix of project and surveying tasks, providing comprehensive reports and assessments to our clients. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while covering various locations across the South Coast of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Level 2 (HomeBuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys) on residential properties.
- Provide detailed, accurate, and clear survey reports to clients.
- Undertake a variety of project work, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and more.
- Liaise with clients, providing expert advice and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage your schedule and workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of all surveys and reports.
- Qualified, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in residential surveying, including conducting Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, defects, and regulations.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
- Proficient in using survey software and technology.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
