Residential Surveyor
Residential Surveyor - Inner M25 - £60k basic + Package
We’re working with one of the largest property groups in Europe (Multi £billion asset value).
With strategic interests across the UK spanning Residential & Commercial Property (deployed through diverse trading brands), they now seek an additional Residential Surveyor as follows:
- MRICS/FRICS & VRS qualified (2 years PQE)
- Broadly experienced in Residential Inspection and Valuation
- Any additional skillset useful but not essential - Development Appraisals, Party Wall etc - your workload can be tailored to suit
- Able to undertake wide ranging reports for multiple purposes including (but not limited to) Mortgage Valuations, L2’s, L3’s, Matrimonial Valuations and Reinstatement Valuations
- Working within the M25 at lower than corporate volumes for a range of clients
- Utilising Tablet technology
- Employer is not one usually associated with Residential Surveying, so would provide a refreshing alternative to those Residential Surveyors keen to deploy their skillset in fresh environment with an alternative career path
Remuneration for the successful Residential Surveyor will comprise a £60k basic plus car allowance, performance/profit related bonus and a range of benefits including private healthcare, pension, professional fees paid and generous annual leave entitlement.
