We are currently recruiting a Resource Assistant in Construction Recruitment to join our team.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for supporting our Construction Recruitment team in the search for candidates.

The main purpose of the role is to support of the Recruitment Team which involves:

- Candidate Sourcing and initial contact

- Placing job adverts and monitoring on a variety of social medias

- Organising and involvement with local job fares

- Dealing with all applications.

- Engaging with prospective candidates and conducting vetting procedures to ensure only relevant candidates are submitted to site for consideration by the site manager.

- Resourcing from various job boards

- Candidate care and communication

  • Placing / issuing candidates to jobs
  • involvement in sales leads and basic sales lead generation

Essential skills/experience:

- Confident, enthusiastic and positive, with an excellent telephone manner

- Experienced in recruiting candidates must demonstrate the ability to work on detailed information where accuracy is key.

- Committed to getting the best result for all concerned

- Have a 'can-do attitude" working as part of a team

- Self-motivated and target driven

- Ability to build up a positive rapport with clients and people
