Main duties will include liaising with colleagues and customers over the phone, taking booking details, organising the workloads of others, handling related queries over the phone and by email, maintaining spreadsheets, checking related paperwork, updating management with progress and related administration.
Applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being able to use initiative, confident asking questions and enjoy being on the phone. Attention to detail and a working knowledge of MS office is essential.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (office based).
