Academics Ltd is one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies. Our consultants recruit for Primary, Secondary and SEND schools for both short and long-term assignments.

Our Birmingham office, the second largest in our network, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful primary team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop into a full-fledged recruitment consultant within 12 months.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be integral to our team, responsible for sourcing, registering, interviewing, and placing candidates. Your goal will be to provide exceptional recruitment services while preparing to transition into a recruitment consultant role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, register, interview, and place candidates for Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
  • Advertise positions, liaise with consultants, arrange profiles and keep candidates updated along the way
  • Understand and adhere to our compliance process

Requirements:

  • Background in sales, account management, recruitment, or education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in pursuing a career in education recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
