You play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment consultants in finding the best candidates for our clients. We need someone not just capable of keeping the score … but creating the score!

Within the role, you will support an experienced Business Manager to deliver the best outcomes for our candidates and clients. By understanding the most suitable candidate for our clients you will build long-lasting and impactful relationships with candidates ensuring we continue to position Hays in Inverness and the Highlands as a lifelong career partner. A varied role with no two days the same, you'll be responsible for working on our candidate attraction and acquisition plan, marketing, interviewing and recommending talent for assignments, sourcing candidates through a multi-channel approach and coordinating interviews and assessments.

This opportunity would be suitable for both recent graduates and those considering a change to career. You don't need recruitment experience - just the ambition and drive to make a difference and shape your own success. Excellent organisational and time management abilities together with strong communication and interpersonal skills are key skills required for this role.

You'll receive industry-leading training and support from consultants all at levels, from Associate to Senior Manager. We will give you the tools and resources to be successful and make an early impact.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Resourcer, you'll gain exposure to a range of activities and learn throughout. Some of your main responsibilities may include:

  • Engaging with a range of candidates, explaining the benefits of working via Hays and highlighting relevant opportunities.
  • Identify talent in the local market and manage our database, to fill roles efficiently.
