The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a talented person to come and join our Health and Social Care Team in the Leeds Office. Recruitment is an exciting industry, fast-paced, competitive and people-orientated and is very similar to running your own business.

What should I expect day to day?

As a Resourcer, you will be sourcing candidates for Heath and Social Care roles, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. Your job role will include providing expert, specialist advice to candidates, facilitating compliance and giving support to candidates throughout the recruitment process and consistently develop market intelligence.
