An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Responsible Individual / Registered Home Manager to join a well-established home care services provider. This contractual basis role offers salary range of £350 - £450 per day.

As a Responsible Individual / Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a EBD Residential home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional care and support to residents.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Responsible Individual, Home Manager, Care Manager, Children's Home manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing or overseeing children residential homes.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Responsible Individual to lead a supportive and child-focused environment.
