Are you a passionate and experienced restaurant professional looking for your next leadership role? Quest Employment is excited to partner with a family-run venue offering a vibrant dining experience with multiple restaurants, event spaces, a wedding venue, and a hotel.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Duty Manager / Assistant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service in our quick-service, casual dining restaurant. Open 7 days a week (mostly closing by 6 PM, with occasional evening functions), our venue is a hub for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and delicious homemade cakes.
The Role:
? Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier service for every guest
? Lead and inspire the team, delegating tasks effectively
? Maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
? Drive sales and meet targets while keeping an eye on budgetary goals
? Work closely with the kitchen team & Head Chefs, ensuring smooth service and menu updates
? Handle customer queries and feedback with professionalism
? Manage rotas and team scheduling
About You:
? Previous experience in restaurant management (duty manager or assistant manager level)
? A hands-on leader who leads by example
? Passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences
? A team player with a flexible approach to work and hours
? Well-presented, professional, and motivated
? Available to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule
