Join the premier destination in Belfast, renowned for its exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our reputation for excellent food and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring the highest quality services and experiences for our guests.
• Lead a team of 15-20 staff, including supervisors, waitstaff, and bar staff, to deliver friendly and efficient service.
• Collaborate with chefs and restaurant staff to drive sales and continually improve standards.
• Manage staff coverage efficiently while achieving budgeted wage percentages.
• Train and lead the team to consistently meet and exceed service standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all restaurant menus to assist with guest queries.
• Stay informed about resort facilities to upsell and maximize profitability.
• Uphold the Resort’s appearance and grooming standards.
• Monitor team adherence to Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene regulations.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and attend training sessions for personal development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 consecutive years of restaurant management/supervising experience.
• Experience in a high-paced, busy restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in opening and closing procedures, including till reconciliations and key holder duties.
• Flexible approach to working shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and team-inspiring abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and performance-driven focus on customer service.
• Pride in delivering high standards of presentation, hygiene, and adherence to the brand.
