A highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of a growing establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, food production, and culinary skills. 

You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. 

As Restaurant Manager, your duties will include:
  • Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and supervising staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies.
  • Creating and maintaining employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
  • Managing budgets and financial records, including payroll and expenses.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager with:
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, such as restaurant management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures.

The restaurant is open 7 days per week, 12:00-22:00.
