What's involved?

The Restaurant Manager is charged with supporting all aspects of the property, responsibilities include overseeing all departments, working closely with the Head Chef establishing menus, recruitment, Training and most importantly the guest experience. The role would suit an Restaurant Manager with similar experience or coming from a well-established 4 star background and already on the beautiful island of Guernsey as there is NO live in.
