Rhubarb Recruitment is recruiting a Restaurant Manager / Store Manager for a premium branded QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Fast Food Restaurant in Soho, London.

The store is part of an independent business in Soho London bringing authentic Mexican culture to London's exciting SOHO dining scene. This is a young, fun, vibrant, fast-paced business looking for a passionate, fun-loving, and ambitious Restaurant Manager or Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities

Full day-to-day store management, including planning staff rotas, and timesheets, managing the EPOS system, ensuring correct health and safety standards are kept, and ultimately ensuring that food is always delivered to customers in line with company standards, together with excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Fast Food Store Manager.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation and understanding of good service.
  • Excellent presentation, understanding of excellent customer service with a smile

Benefits

  • Salary to £40,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience + share of tips
  • Opportunity for progression within the company to a multi-site Operations Manager role.
