Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum

We are a renowned patisserie known for our exquisite pastries, cakes, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of quality and service and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of the patisserie, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations maintaing our 5* food hygiene rating.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales keeping the Isha customer experience at a vocal point
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain the highest quality of products.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and activities
  • Ensure the patisserie maintains a clean, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing environment delivering the Isha Expericence consistently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards. Minimum level 2 food hygiene certification.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
  • Passion for pastries, cakes, and the overall culinary experience.
