A Restaurant Supervisor is required for this busy bar and restaurant in Solihull. As well as the impressive fresh food, the venue also has an extensive cocktail menu. This place is busy with a fun, lively atmosphere and banging tunes. They are looking for a Supervisor who can lead and inspire the friendly front-of-house team with a focus on the guest experience. This role would suit a current Team leader, Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager of a branded restaurant. They are looking for a leader who brings positive energy, you will be an expert in caring for their guests, supporting and coaching team members, embracing change and helping create a positive culture where everyone aims to perform better.

  • A motivated team player with excellent communication and people skills
  • The ability to support the Management Team to achieve financial goals and KPIs
  • Leadership experience in a food service environment
  • You must understand and practise basic food safety principles
