Retail Communications Coordinator | Manchester | Hybrid

Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Retail Communications Coordinator to join a leading fashion brand, based at their Manchester Head Office. This role will provide support to the entire retail estate.

The Retail Communications Coordinator provides support to retail operations teams within head office, stores, concessions and retail merchandising teams. They will ensure effective communication with retail teams conveying all key messages and will act as the conduit between retail support and retail marketing departments ensuring stores and concessions teams have clear calendar of events and campaigns.

The role as Retail Communications Coordinator:

• Support employees on all queries, ensuring they are rectified as soon as possible.
• Liaise with Head Office functions on behalf of retail operations when required.
• Assist with help desk tickets
• Provide administrative support to the retail team
• Support with new store openings
• Order Point of Sale for stores when required and stock levels checked - liaising with the marketing team.
• Retail teams regularly informed of short and medium-term activity and operational focus through effective design and management of insightful communications
• Quality and efficient administrative support provided to Retail Managing Director and Retail Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Experience ideally within in a similar role within a retail environment
• Highly organised with high attention to detail
• Adaptable, proactive and reactive
• Self motivated and the ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and managed multiple projects and tasks

This role is hybrid.
Salary for the Retail Support Coordinator - c£25,000 + Benefits
