Zachary Daniels are partnering with a Luxury Watch and Jewellery company looking to hire a Retail Director level candidate for their business.

This role is looking for someone who is currently working in Luxury Watches or Fine Jewellery, this is essential for the client given the nature of the business and role.

The Role:

  • Developing and implementing retail strategies that drive business growth & brand awareness and enhance the overall client experience
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional client experience and achieves sales targets
  • Developing and managing budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance for retail operations as well as implementing initiatives to enhance client loyalty
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that optimize profitability
  • Managing project tasks related to the opening of new boutiques, including retro planning, budget management, operations, and team coordination
  • Creating partnerships with local institutions in the countries and competitors
  • Ensuring a consistent and exceptional client experience across all retail touchpoints
  • Provide strategic direction to deliver constant evolution of all retail store operations from inception to delivery.
  • Oversee work force planning and champion talent management and development.
  • Leverage key retail metrics, identifying opportunities & risks and creating prioritized strategic initiatives to drive growth & business results.
  • Lead and support a team, ensuring their training needs are met and team KPIs are achieved.
  • Supervise CRM and clienteling activities within the team, collaborating with the CRM Manager to foster loyal brand relationships.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the store action plan to reach sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • Execute clienteling initiatives and events in partnership with other company departments to enhance client loyalty and drive sales growth.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate a strong culture of private appointments.
