Service Care Solutions are working with one of our established clients to recruit a Retail Sales Advisor for an outstanding, sustainable Retail Store. Reporting to the store manager, the successful candidate will be brand ambassadors, reflecting the brand ethos, and creating a warm and friendly environment - all whilst providing exceptional advice and service to every customer.

Location: Elizabeth Street, London, SW1W 9NZ
Pay: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum dependent on experience + £250 Welcome Bonus
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 09:30 - 17:30 | Monday - Sunday | Includes 1-2 weekend days a month

Essential:

  • Customer focused approach with previous experience in a premium retail environment
  • A 'people-person' who has no problem engaging with customers
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
  • A confident communicator, with patience, empathy and a calm demeanour
  • Desirable: Customer Service/Sales Advisor - 1 year minimum, ideally in a premium store

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing all customers with excellent Customer Service
  • Ensuring full understanding of the brand strategy, values, and visions
  • Ability to handle stock, ordering and processing returns
  • Confidence in opening and closing the stores, giving support where necessary
  • Competent with computer/website/till logistics
  • Being responsible for own H&S, and ensuring that all H&S processed are followed in store
  • Communication of customer feedback to the buying and merchandising teams
  • Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy
