Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team, achieve sales targets, and ensure top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
    • Conduct team meetings and provide performance feedback.
  • Sales & Profitability:

    • Implement strategies to meet sales targets.
    • Analyze sales reports and manage store budgets.
  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Handle customer inquiries and maintain store presentation.
  • Operational Management:

    • Oversee daily operations and ensure policy compliance.
    • Manage inventory and coordinate visual merchandising.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement:

    • Implement promotions and build community relationships.
    • Organize and participate in local events.
  • Health & Safety:

    • Maintain a safe store environment and comply with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of retail management experience.
    • Proven sales and team management record.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in retail software and data analysis.
  • Education:

    • High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
