We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Sales Department in the London office, focussing on our client base from Switzerland.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a portfolio of clients from Switzerland in the CFD market place by providing general market information to clients
  • Assist clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client
  • Be aware of and be able to demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentally
  • Training new clients on companies platforms and trading tools
  • Building and maintaining client relationships by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required
  • Take ownership of your clients’ problems and liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults
  • Achieving monthly targets
  • Contacting clients to provide general market updates
  • Utilising retention strategies to maximise client satisfaction
  • Ensuring timely follow up of all contacts
  • Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent French and/or German Speaker, with Italian language skills advantageous
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)

  • Previous sales experience
  • Financial market knowledge/trading experience advantageous
