Returns Coordinator

Adecco have teamed up with a modern and innovating audio solutions business in Basingstoke, they are seeking a professional to join there aftercare team. As a Returns Coordinator you will play an integral part in dealing with returns, replacement orders and refunds.

Salary: £24,000

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

The main day to day responsibilities in the warehouse:

• Oversee the end-to-end of the returns process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Maintain accurate records of RMA requests, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Work closely with the technical support team to diagnose issues, ensure proper documentation, and facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Conduct quality checks on returned products to determine the cause of failure and ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the return, repair, or replacement of products.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
