About the role We're looking for a motivated person to join our Rev-advance: Executive Associate Track. You'll work alongside a current executive who'll serve as your mentor and give you unique, high-level insights and experience while you support them to drive efficiencies and achieve their goals.
Gain hands-on experience, develop professionally, and receive mentorship from key players at Revolut. You'll rotate between departments to see how different teams operate and influence real-world choices. You'll also have the opportunity to travel to meet other Executive Associates around the world.
The Rev-advance: Executive Associate Track is your fast track to promotion. After 18 months in the programme being mentored by executives, you'll open a path to an amazing career, and increase your chances of stepping swiftly into top positions.

What you'll be doing
  • Driving high-priority projects for Revolut's executives
  • Proactively identifying problems, reviewing data, and designing and implementing solutions
  • Learning and developing skills through a blend of mentorship, practical experience, and independent learning
  • Gaining insights into building a business and mastering problem-solving
  • Collaborating with other programme participants to solve company-wide problems and present proposals to executives
  • Engaging in quarterly events around our global offices to share ideas and learn from other programme participants
What you'll need
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up, strategy consultancy, or investment bank
  • A degree in a STEM, computer science, or equivalent quantitative field of study from a top university
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in SQL or other coding languages
  • A solid track record of achievement
  • A results-focused, structured mindset
  • To be resilient, curious, and passionate about making an impact
  • The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
  • An organised and methodological approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
