Excellent opportunity for a Credit Control Assistant / Revenue Assistant to join the team of a medium-sized law firm based in London. Salary £25k-35k depending on experience. Hybrid working.

If you have 1-2yrs' experience as a Credit Control Assistant or Revenue Assistant in a law firm or similar professional services firm such as accountants, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Working within the Finance Department as part of the Revenue team, the role is varied and includes -

  • Responding to client queries
  • Liaising with Partners, Fee Earners and Managers
  • Processing invoices
  • Produce regular WIP and Debtor reports
  • Credit card payments
  • Update system on all activity including outstanding invoices
  • Issue statements
  • Chasing unpaid invoices following firm's procedures
  • Liaising closely with Revenue Controllers and Billing team keeping them informed

You will need to have 1-2 years' experience as a Revenue Assistant or Credit Control Assistant in a law firm or similar professional services firm. Good knowledge of Word and Excel also required.
