Your new role
- Chase outstanding payments according to agreed terms and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and effective debt collection processes.
- Address enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with barristers and colleagues for payment facilitation.
- Highlight potential issues to the Head of Revenue.
- Identify areas for process enhancement.
- Assist the Billing Team as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Comfortable making telephone calls for fee collection.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment with patience.
- Takes initiative and works well within a team.
- Builds positive client relationships
