Revenue Manager

Based in London, our leading client is looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent hybrid working basis.

This job would suit someone with at least 3 years' experience as a revenue management within the hotel sector, to be responsible for maximising the RevPar of the hotels in the portfolio and managing the pricing strategy on a day-to-day basis, producing the different actions that ensure the best performance.

The successful individual will have good knowledge and experience in pricing, forecasting and benchmarking for a portfolio of hotels. They will have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team by example. Opera, Switch, Duetto experience would also be desired, but isn't essential.

Job responsibilities:

• Understand market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to grow revenue and RevPAR for assigned portfolio.
• Deliver effective pricing and ensure optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments.
• Responsible for implementing an aggressive overbooking strategy to ensure revenue maximisation, driving cross selling opportunities between nearby hotels.
• Embrace and ensure optimisation of new systems and tools to maximise revenue.
• Understand, investigate and extract data from any relevant system needed for problem solving and analysis.
• Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility.
