MEP BIM Coordinator

Holborn, London

£45,000-£50,000 Per year plus benefits

Are you a BIM Coordinator looking for your next challenge? If yes, then we have a great opportunity for you.

You will be working directly alongside the BIM Lead of one of the top MEP Design Consultancies in the UK, specialising in a number of different types of projects, but with a particular foothold in Data Centres.

You will quickly become a key member of the team - the goal is to have you leading their London Projects fairly quickly. BIM is something that these guys pride themselves on, so you must also be of that mindset. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Setting up project models
  • Coordinating services using Revit & Navisworks
  • Support the wider BIM team, offering knowledge and helping to train them
  • Ensuring all BIM Standards are met
  • Maintaining the team culture of winning together

The guidelines we have been given are that you will have the following experience and traits:

  • 4 years BIM experience in an MEP setting
  • Solid technical knowledge of MEP
  • Experience in producing detailed models in Revit MEP, as well as Family Creation
  • Clear verbal and written communications
  • The ability to adapt to the existing team dynamic and mentality of winning together by sharing knowledge and supporting each other

Experience working in a Coordination role with a MEP Contractor, either on site or in a design office will definitely be viewed positively, but is by no means essential.

If this sounds like you, and you’d like to hear more, submit your info via the links on this page.
