Blueprint Recruitment are seeking a motivated and skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a top client of ours, in a contract role. You will be working on a mix of projects, from healthcare to leisure centres. This role will consist of hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week in the clients office in Suffolk.

Our client is a well-established and respected consultancy in the building services sector, known for delivering sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Produce coordinated 3D Revit MEP models to a high level of detail.

-Collaborate with engineers and design teams to ensure seamless integration of all MEP services.

-Manage and maintain BIM models and associated documentation.

-Participate in clash detection exercises and resolving design conflicts.

-Support the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards.

-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM/MEP technicians.

Key Requirements:

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.

-Experience coordinating building services within a consultancy or contractor environment.

-Solid understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, public health).

-Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and LOD requirements.

-Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Relevant qualification in Building Services, Engineering, or related field is desirable.
