Job Title: Reward Assistant
Salary: £28-30,000 per annum
Location: Essex / hybrid 
  
We're partnered with a leading professional services firm seeking a Reward Assistant on an 18-month FTC.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of the Reward mailbox 
  • Owning the monthly reporting process
  • Supporting with rollout of employee benefits and engagement 
  • Maintaining online benefits portal 
  • Building/maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. 
  
Skills required:
  • Previous HR Assistant or Reward/Benefits experience 
  • Knowledge of MS office applications 
  • Knowledge of advanced excel functions (e.g. v-lookups, pivot tables)
  • Strong communication skills.
