Reward Manager

I am seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Reward Manager, for a forward-thinking, collaborative, customer-centric organisation in Milton Keynes.

As the Reward Manager, you will report to the Senior Reward Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and executing of the reward strategy, ensuring alignment with core values, business goals, and objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to design and implement the organisation's Reward Policy & Strategy, fostering an employee-centric mindset.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in reward strategy, co-creating forward-thinking approaches that align with our global mindset and local HR strategies.
• Drive key initiatives with a reward impact, continuously evaluating policies and practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Facilitate a community of practice, sharing technical expertise and promoting collaboration.

What You'll Bring:

• You must have experience as a Reward Manager within a large, complex, commercial organisation, ideally Insurance, Consultancy, Financial Services or a Professional
• Services industry.
• You must have effective interpersonal and leadership skills, influencing stakeholders and driving data-driven outcomes.
• You must have confidence in presenting recommendations to senior executives, adaptability, and curiosity.
