We are currently partnering with an international organisation as they look for an experienced Reward Partner to join their People Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. 

This is a full-time role offering a salary between £55,000 - £60,000 DOE. You are also offered flexible hybrid working which is 1 day a week in the HQ in Gloucestershire, or 1 day bi-weekly if needed. 

This is a vital role for the organisation as they go through a significant period of change. The Reward Partner will play a key part in shaping and directing their approach to pay and benefits on a global scale. Taking full ownership of the reward function, the Reward Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver and execute the reward strategy alongside line managing the Reward Administrator.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and the people team to take ownership of the reward strategy 
  • Manage the delivery of the reward strategy 
  • Lead and oversee the delivery and management of various reward projects 
  • Direct and support the execution of the global annual pay review process
  • Drive the preparation and implementation of variable pay schemes and other incentives 
  • Work closely with the Head of HR to facilitate annual benefits renewal processes 
  • Be the 'go-to' person for day to day reward enquires 
  • Manage the benchmarking and job evaluation process 
  • Oversee the preparation of data for global salary surveys
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Line management of the Reward Administrator 

Requirements: 

  • Has proven experience of working in a senior Reward role 
  • Highly experienced in pay reviews 
  • Excellent experience of working with Excel at an advanced level
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • A real self-starter who can hit the ground running and is passionate about making positive changes
