Frazer Jones are excited to be working with an award-winning global financial services organisation, find them a Reward specialist who can work closely with the Transformation Leads withing Reward and HR as they undertake a huge, global, Transformation project!

Working hybrid (2-3 days) in London this is a two-year fixed term contract initially but with the chance to be extended or go permanent, and all the (extensive!) benefits, pension etc. as though you were permanent.

This is an amazing opportunity to work at an utterly unique organisation supporting a global transformation and harmonisation project spanning all of the HR functions - but where your role will be to focus on the Reward & Benefits element.

Duties will include;

  • Project Manage the reward and benefits review including supporting with the integration of the new HR system.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to automate Reward operations, working towards automating and integrating these activities with the new HR system.
  • Help to draft reward and benefit processes and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate with other subject matter experts within HR and key stakeholders to secure approval of design changes.
  • Management and ownership of ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and their stakeholder to enable them to make decisions, interpret policies, and resolve complex issues.
  • Build and maintain a network of professional relationships designed to tap into and develop the best policies and plans for the organisation.


Based out of their stunning purpose-built offices (hybrid, maximum 2-3 days in the office), and offering a competitive basic salary, bonus, and excellent benefits, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Reward professional with a real passion for the transformation, policy, and advisory side of the role.


The role will also see you working closely with the whole HR team and global stakeholders as you work on the alignment of Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures, working closely with the Leads on the implementation of policy changes, and communication of these changes.


Although this is within the financial sector, they are happy to consider candidates from other areas as long as you can demonstrate that you have the in-depth understanding of Reward policy and processes, and have worked on similar transformation projects before - albeit not necessarily on the same scale.
