Leading IoT Technology Company Seeks RF and Certifications Engineer

Lynx Recruitment is working with a world leading technology company to recruit an experienced RF and Certifications Engineer to join the team in Cambridge, UK.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge IoT technologies in a diverse, global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hardware team in development projects
  • Conduct testing and validation for RF-based products and designs
  • Work on cellular technology-based product development and validation
  • Perform formal compliance and pre-compliance testing
  • Manage product certification to international and in-country standards
  • Debug and resolve hardware issues

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in RF circuit design and validation
  • Expertise in sub-GHz RF design for IoT devices
  • Experience with cellular modem testing (2G/3G/4G/5G)
  • Strong background in EMC/EMI testing and debugging
  • Proficiency with RF test equipment
  • Experience in product certification processes (CE, RED, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
