RFP Associate

Our client, a financial services firm, based in London are currently looking for a professional, dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join the firm’s International RFP team. Ideally, candidates will have a 2+ years’ experience in an RFP role. Candidates must possess the professional maturity to handle confidential and delicate client requests within specific deadlines. The individual must be excited to work full time in a high energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the Institutional Team
  • Maintain, improve & manage the content in the firm’s RFP database to ensure effective dissemination and use of content across the entire business
  • Work closely with subject matter experts including, investment research, sales and data teams to create thoughtful and meaningful content for use in external outreach (RFP’s, client service responses, etc.)
  • Create and maintain a repository of documents used to support the RFP and sales process. Work with HR, marketing and research to refine existing content and determine future appropriate materials
  • Manage RFP salesforce input and assist in the analysis of data outputs
  • Assist International Private Client team with accurate and timely responses for Private Client Proposals

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of RFP writing experience
  • Well-rounded understanding of investment concepts (Equity and Fixed Income needed, Private Equity is a bonus)
  • RFP System/platform experience is preferable (e.g. RFPIO, Door, Diligence Vault etc.).
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong client service skills, highly organised and detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a high-frequency, deadline-driven environment
  • A self-starter, with an ability to work independently and proactively on requests
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • IMC preferable

It is essential you have a back ground in financial services or investment management and be able to work full time in their office, which are based in London.
